Shannon Kirk I am so glad you found the article and cancelled the charge. The bad news is, I had to update the story this morning after another writer posted in the comments that the IAPWE recently took over $100 from her bank account without her permission.

She sent me screen shots of the transactions as well as screenshots of her emails with “Amy Wilkerson”. This is the first I’ve heard of them doing this so they may be getting desperate and escalating their tactics. I recommend that you change your PayPal password and email address just to make sure you’re safe.
