Jeff Suwak This was my first true crime piece. I’d love to write more, specifically about unsolved cases because I love the thought that an article might jog someone’s memory and help in some small way, but the research and writing are extremely time consuming which makes it very expensive work. Of course, some of that could be avoided if I were to focus on a narrower aspect of a case, but it’s hard to do that once you get hooked!

Despite this, there is a case here in our home state of Washington I’m going to be writing about. I doubt it’ll be done for a few months though because I’ve got some other assignments to get out for a new pub in Chicago.

If you dive in, please let me know! I’d love to read them and find out what cases you’re thinking about!
